System Updates:

The support routines have been re-written with an issue tracking application. For increased levels of issue tracking, support & development tracking, we suggest that you utilize this facility for all your needs. Posted 6 June, 2002.
For our virtual hosted customers, we have introduced a web mail application. You have the ability to access your email from anywhere, with only a web browser. This service is available to all standard email accounts, and free of charge. Posted 6 June, 2002.
Added messaging forums for GigGuardian customers. Please visit the Message Forums, and please be sure to register an account. Posted 11 April, 2002.
We are in the process of overhauling the web-based support system. Please stay tuned for updates & announcements regarding this, and other numerous features to come. Posted 8 April, 2002.
The new firewall is almost complete. Installation date yet to be determined. Posted 24 May, 2001.
With the dissolution of The Sphere Information Services, Inc., we are in the process of changing the network infrastructure from The Sphere, to GigGuardian, Inc. All currently assigned numeric IP addresses will remain the same. This only means that hosts that have been assigned a ".thesphere.com" or ".thesphere.net" domain name will be changing. These will become ".gigguardian.com". The current hostnames will remain the same on virtual hosting environments. We are planning to have this finalized by June 15TH, 2001. After that date, all records in DNS for ".thesphere.com" and ".thesphere.net" will be removed. For more information, and specific questions, contact Chip McClure. Posted 24 May, 2001
